Narrabri

Mount Kaputar NP

About 36 km east of Narrabri
is one of the areas attractions, Sawn Rocks.
This rock formation is one of Australias best examples
of the geological process "organ-piping".
The molten lava flow slowly cooled and formed crystals of rock.

We stayed and bathed it the 37 degree C bore pool
on the way to Coonamble.
